Instructions

1. After downloading the ISO image, check the MD5 checksum for the ISO image to ensure that your download was successful. Run the md5sum program from a shell prompt against your ISO image and compare the value returned against this one:
   german: e053073e2b11e4b58e2bc541d8f440fa 
   english: cd38d0492c9e12aa85b70cf72fba84c9
   Both have to match.
2. If you need help burning an ISO file, see this Windows CD burning howto or this Linux CD burning howto.
3. Once you have finished burning the ISO file image to the CD-ROM, insert the newly created CD-ROM into the CD drive of the machine on which you intend to start Xfld, then reboot the machine and change the bootorder in the bios to CD-ROM.
   You will be greeted by the Xfld splashscreen. Hit return to boot your Xfld Version.
